A Grand Update

Well, I'm finally recovering from my jellyfish stings. It looks like they'll leave some pretty nice scares, but at least I can wear long pants again. At the Spiritual Hunger Conference someone said to me, "There are only a few people in the world who have very obscure things happen to them and...Katieann...you are one of them."

Josh got to meet Don and Christine, Bill and Beni(which Beni forgot to tell Bill that I had gotten married so he thought I was pulling his leg...until he saw the big ass rock on my finger), Michael Joyce, Chris Quilala and a few others. He told me more then once how it made his head spin how many people I introduced him to and just how many people knew me there. I, honestly, didn't think there was that many.

Anyway, I got time with Beni which was a lot of fun and she had some great wisdom and insight for me that I really needed to hear, but let's not forget the stern rebuke she gave me for speaking something over myself that I really should not be speaking. Thanks Beni.
Worship was fun. I hadn't realized how much I have missed some excellent worship. Josh loved and he thinks that Pastor Bill is just about the best speaker in the whole world(which he is)! At the end of the last night Don and Christine prayed for us and had some awesome God stuff to say. It was really encouraging and confirming for us. We felt really blessed.

I think now my only concern, if you can call it that, is feeling like we won't get to see much of each other seeing as he works 50 plus hours a week and I'll be working lots at St. Arbucks. There is the potential to have totally opposite schedules hince not getting to see much of each other. Please pray for us as we are newlyweds and all...This last week I just felt like I missed him so much because he was gone to work...such is life.
